		<description>I absolutely agree with this blog post!  Barb hits the nail on the head and separates the successful from the unsuccessful.

Recently, I coached a real estate broker.  She was young and unhappy.  I met her at a networking event where I had to reach out to her.  She was seated at a table with other brokers, making no attempt to meet others.  I sensed she was a dynamic person, but the fire had not been lit.  She complained about the economy.  There is no question the economy in the real estate market is bad, but where she and I live, that&#039;s not necessarily the case.  We live in a community full of resources.  It attracts retirees from throughout the country.  This woman can succeed if she would with a little attitude adjustment.

Furthermore, in May I attended an uplifting conference where companies showcased their coaching experiences.  What struck me about these companies was that each came from the &quot;depressed&quot; market sector: real estate, banking, mortgage lending.  But, each had shown incredible profits.
